“Lin Youxing, do you even have a heart?”
A short-haired girl stood grinning at the school gate. A handsome boy followed behind her, carrying a schoolbag on his back and another in front. Out of breath, he pointed at her and grumbled.
“What? Who said the taller one would run faster than me? Look at you now, getting served with face-slapping!” Lin Youxing grinned and made a face at him.
“Why don’t you carry your own schoolbag? What did you pack in there? It’s so heavy!” Tian Shaojie asked curiously, pulling open the zipper to take a look. Embarrassed, Lin Youxing hurriedly snatched her bag back from him.
“Lin Youxing, I’ve been carrying your schoolbag all morning, and you won’t even let me see what’s inside?” Tian Shaojie muttered, a little annoyed.
“Come on! We’ll miss out on the good seats.” Lin Youxing ran inside as soon as she finished speaking. Tian Shaojie caught his breath a few times, then ran after her.
They went to the noticeboard on campus, where Lin Youxing peered at it carefully.
“Didn’t we look yesterday? Why are you checking again today?” They had already looked when they came to pick up their books the day before, so Tian Shaojie couldn’t help asking.
“Mind your own business. I didn’t ask you to come.” Lin Youxing gave Tian Shaojie a smug glance, then walked away. Tian Shaojie twisted his mouth into a pout and repeated her words in an exaggerated voice: “Mind your own business. I didn’t ask you to come.”
It looks pretty, super sweet
