The Lone Wanderer of the Cold River

Yan Qi is an orphan from a remote border town who makes a living hunting. By chance, he saves the gravely wounded “Iron Sword Master” Cheng Tieyi, who takes him as a disciple and teaches him the “Lone Angler on the Cold River” sword technique.

Cheng Tieyi is killed by a mysterious man in black. With his dying breath, he gives Yan Qi half a jade pendant and tells him to find the “Fragmentary Manual of the Cold River” and uncover the truth. Yan Qi sets out on the road to revenge.
