Lin Bieyu accepts an invitation on the hill behind the school, where she happens to see Cheng Jian, the class troublemaker, putting on a show of jumping into the river. The next day, the two end up at an abandoned part of the school by a twist of fate and uncover a long-buried secret hidden deep within the campus, unknown to everyone else. After that, Lin Bieyu keeps trying to get Cheng Jian to go to the hill with her. At first, Cheng Jian is impatient, but gradually the two come to understand and cherish each other. Cheng Jian discovers that Lin Bieyu is a truly wonderful person, while Lin Bieyu realizes that this bad student may not be bad after all, and yet somehow still is.
