Batman in an Anime Crossover World

[Dark Knight + crossover anime worlds + high-IQ showdowns + supernatural powers awakened] Chang Chen transmigrates to Gotham in the DC universe and inherits old Bruce's will, donning the Batsuit. But to his surprise, he transmigrates once again, this time to an anime world. The trouble is, this world is far from the peaceful place he imagined. The Riddler's death riddle is carved into the body of Yukino Yukinoshita's father. Eiriri's diplomat father is caught up in a scandal. The bullet wound in Shizuka Hiratsuka's abdomen is somehow connected to people with supernatural powers... “All right,” Chang Chen says, putting on his suit as he looks down over a crime-ridden Tokyo that rivals Gotham. “I never wanted to be just some hero. What I want to do is far more than that!”
