A Buddhist Journey to the West? Sorry, I’m the Wild Card!

Just after transmigrating into Journey to the West, I became Xuan Chen, a young Daoist in a rundown temple, and ran straight into bandits demanding tribute from the start! At this critical moment, the [Dao Lord Sign-In System] activated!

"Ding! Newcomer gift pack opened. Congratulations, Host, you've obtained the [Chaos Dao Body]! First sign-in at Qingxuan Temple: obtained the [Great Dao Furnace Scripture]!"

What? The Buddhist sect wants to make Journey to the West flourish? Did they ask me, Xuan Chen?

Sign in at Five Elements Mountain and receive [Fragment of Pangu's Heaven-Opening Axe]! Monkey, stop worshipping monks. Join me, and I'll take you to smash Spirit Mountain to pieces!

Sign in at the Lingxiao Palace and receive a [Replica of the God-Slaying Spear]! Old Jade Emperor, it's time to change the feng shui of this Heavenly Court!

Sign in at the Great Thunderclap Temple on Spirit Mountain and receive [Divine Light of Salvation for Three Thousand Buddhist Disciples]! Tathagata, it seems your followers prefer the serenity of my Daoist sect!

Xuan Chen says: Sign in, destroy Buddhism, take in disciples. Before I knew it, I had become a Sage of the Great Dao, stomping on Spirit Mountain and punching my way through the Western Heaven!
