At the Film Studio: Lin Daiyu Berates Lu Zhishen

“Cast Lin Daiyu as a zombie queen! Sign Lu Zhishen up for a psychological counseling course!”

The genius director Lin Xiaoyu is forced to take over an abandoned film studio, and binds himself to the most absurd System in history.

Using his silver tongue to trick ferocious beasts from The Classic of Mountains and Seas into working as extras, and getting Li Qingzhao to shoulder a camera and film a war documentary, he drives the entire entertainment industry crazy:

Lü Bu studies how to divide up the shares in the staff cafeteria.

Cleopatra sells 9.9-yuan, free-shipping mummy figurines in her livestream.

Van Gogh uses a swirling starry sky to create the most depressing haunted house on the internet.

And a rampaging Lin Daiyu chases an investor with a chainsaw: “You dare cut my fight scenes?”

At midnight tonight, Diao Chan’s pearl milk tea hot pot bubbles away, Li Taibai’s hangover soup simmers in a camera blind spot, and the walkie-talkie hidden beneath young Ying Zheng’s imperial robe crackles with static:

“Your Majesty, rebel forces from every dynasty are in position.”
