Lin Jingheng, a medical doctor in Jiangcheng, was implanted with a surgical nail with a tomb pattern during an operation. He was framed by Zhao Tianheng. After traveling through time, he fell into Yangzhou in the late Tang Dynasty. With a scalpel, he stirred up the chaos in the court and ended a thousand-year feud.
