Investiture of the Gods: A Jiang

Also known as "Ji Fa Is a Kept Man" and "My 996 Life in the Investiture of the Gods." It all begins with the Yellow River floods. After losing her parents, A Jiang, the daughter of a minor lord from Jianghuangkou, is sent to Chaoge as a hostage. There, she meets the 800 hostages in the Investiture of the Gods' hostage camp. Things begin to unfold after Yin Qi, the eldest prince, gives A Jiang a hard time at a banquet. There's Ji Fa, the kept man of the future; Jiang Wenhuan, her childhood friend; Yin Jiao, the big, lovable oaf; E Shun, who falls out with A Jiang; and Chong Yingbiao, the slacker. Later, when A Jiang's identity is revealed, Yin Qi dies after she returns, and Yin Shou ascends the throne. Then the Investiture of the Gods begins. One hardship after another helps A Jiang and Ji Fa grow, fall in love, and stay together.

This story is purely my personal indulgence. I won't entertain objections, so if it's not for you, click away. My writing isn't great, and the story reads like a running diary, but I already have 800,000 words in reserve, so there's plenty to go around. I began writing it in April 2024, before the second installment existed, so this story has nothing to do with it. It features powers from The Outcast, Scissor Seven, Bleach, Naruto, Harry Potter, and Dragon Ball, along with some money-based powers. After all, how else would Ji Fa get kept? One last thing: this story is entirely fictional. Any resemblance to actual events is purely coincidental.
