As a Rider, It’s Fine to Be a Little Absurd

What Is the Name of the Kamen Rider Who Can't Evolve?

Knights can evolve in the first place, so if you give them a golden finger that lets them evolve, what’s the point? You might as well quit. I’m looking for something like "Kamen Rider: Infinite Evolution", but don’t just follow the original plot! Don’t just pretend the protagonist can do whatever they want, or act like some big shot. They should really be able to do whatever they want and genuinely act like a big shot.
