From Routed Soldier to Overlord: Mastering the Art of Political Intrigue

Building Your Own Faction, No Made-Up Backstory: Urban Supernatural Changes

Urban fantasy where spiritual energy suddenly awakens, and strange phenomena, exotic beasts, and so on appear. The protagonist knows what's coming in advance, or is still at an early stage, and secretly builds a faction that gradually reveals its strength without showing all its cards. None of that ridiculous drama about a little sister.
