Days Spent in Hiding by the Empress's Side

[Two Heroines, Empress, Eldest Princess] [History] [No System, No Transmigration] [Alternate History] Dong Alin was descended from a noble family of the Former Liang. When the Liang Dynasty fell, he fled south with the refugees. Along the way, he met Zhao Jin, who was also escaping south to seek refuge with her maternal uncle in Jiangnan. The two endured countless hardships on their journey before safely reaching Suzhou, where they parted ways. Years later, Dong Alin joined the Restoration Society, founded by his maternal uncle, hoping to revive the Great Liang. Entrusted with an important mission, he went undercover near the Empress of the current Zhou Dynasty. Her Majesty, Empress Zhao Jingsheng, was none other than Zhao Jin, the girl who had fled south alongside him all those years ago.
