The Demon God Battles the Firmament

The protagonist, Murong Yunche, bears the burden of his family's vendetta. His quest to find the Star Palace and obtain the seven divine artifacts scattered in the war between the thousand-year-old Demon God leads him into a far greater conflict. He discovers that the Star Palace not only houses the seven divine artifacts left behind by the ancient gods, but is also a crucial tool for sealing the Demon Emperor. The Demon Emperor's remnants are frantically searching for clues to the Star Palace, hoping to sow chaos between the immortal and divine realms and break the seal on the Demon Emperor's lingering soul. They ruthlessly hunt down Murong Yunche and his allies, as well as the forces of the righteous path. With the support of the righteous forces, Murong Yunche, his Dao companion Ouyang Qingyue, the qilin Yinxi, the artifact spirit Yueyao, the Golden-Winged Roc, and their companions grow stronger through their struggles against the demonic sects. They thwart the schemes of the demonic powerhouses, ultimately find the seven divine artifacts sealed within the Star Palace, destroy the Demon Emperor's lingering soul and his remaining forces, and protect the peace of the immortal and divine realms. At last, they lead their family and comrades back to the divine realm to begin a new chapter.
