The One in Charge

Why does such a good book have such a low rating? This is one of the most interesting works I have seen recently. The heroine is smart and survives for a short period of time in the early stage. She makes deductions within limited resources and environmental conditions, discovers the truth, uses every opportunity and means to organize the people she can control, and avenge her parents!
