The villagers in Lingcun revere ghosts and gods. They follow ancient traditions and hold grand sacrificial ceremonies every year to pray for the blessings of the gods and the peace of ghosts. During the ceremony, the villagers dressed in costumes presented rich sacrifices, while the wizard recited mysterious incantations and danced the magic weapons in his hands.
