Timewalker: A New Era of Journey to the West
When dark matter devours the solar system, mythology and technology collide with a thunderous crash in the cracks of the apocalypse!
In 2099, Earth is thrown into temporal disorder by an energy known as the “Dark Surge,” where fragments of myth intertwine with a mechanical wasteland. Tang Sanzang awakens psychic powers and uses compassion as a blade to soothe mutated creatures. Sun Wukong becomes a quantum walker, his Golden Cudgel able to devour cosmic radiation. Zhu Bajie transforms into a resource hunter, using a modified rake to search for water in the wasteland. Sha Seng guards an underwater base, wielding his Sea-Shaking Staff to unleash electromagnetic pulses and protect humanity's last refuge.
They discover that a mechanical civilization is frantically plundering mythological energy, hoping to rebuild the universe with a “Mechanical Creator.” A secret left behind by the Jade Emperor reveals that the Sea-Calming Needle is actually the key to stabilizing spacetime, while the essence of the White Dragon Horse has become the core that maintains the balance between dimensions.
The pilgrimage team is no longer traveling west to seek Buddhist scriptures. Instead, they embark on an ultimate battle that crosses time and space! They fight their own shadows in a quantum graveyard, unravel the secrets of the Glazed Lamp in a mechanical Dragon Palace, and search for a way for mythology and technology to coexist in the Symbiosis Ring. When the dragon-shaped data entity deep within the dark matter core awakens, an expedition that will determine the fate of the multiverse has only just begun...
“Our journey to the scriptures has never had an end.” Tang Sanzang gazes at the shattered starry sky. Behind him, the light of the Golden Cudgel and the pulses of the Sea-Shaking Staff illuminate the hope of restarting the world.
