Eerie Descent: From the Start, I Wielded a Ghost Gun

1. The supernatural cannot be killed. The only ways to suppress it are to pit one supernatural entity against another or seal it in pure gold, the only non-supernatural containment material.

2. Every supernatural entity has its own killing rule. Ordinary people who trigger one are doomed to die; only those who wield the supernatural can escape its effects.

3. Supernatural threat levels: D < C < B < A < S < SS.

4. Supernatural entities of every level can grow to SS rank. They advance by killing people and accumulating malice, or by devouring other entities and adding their abilities as new pieces of themselves.

5. Supernatural entities that are devoured do not die or disappear. They are permanently incapacitated and sealed away, while the devouring entity can use their abilities.
