The Fenghe River is an ancient Yellow River, and the Republic of China has a tumultuous history. From the rolling eastward flow, I will tell you a story about the people of Northern Shandong who fought against floods and droughts; resisted banditry and oppression by the government; and resisted Japanese aggression. They are a magnificent and heroic story.
