Ten years after the bronze pendant cracked, Yun Che unexpectedly learned the secret of his origins on the deck of a merchant ship.
To uncover the truth, he traveled alone across the Five Continents. The leaders of every continent fell to their knees in terror, crying, “We welcome the Divine Son!” At that very moment, in the Star Constellation Sect thousands of miles away, a shattered armillary sphere revealed a blood-red prophecy: On the day the Wheel of Destiny returns, the nine tiers of the divine ladder will blaze with a fire that consumes the world.
Yun Che had no idea that the childhood he had forgotten concealed the bloodiest coup in the Central Continent of the Divine Realm
When Lord Cangming murdered his elder brother and seized the throne, he used the Nine Nether Lock to steal the first Divine Sovereign’s Wheel of Destiny soul essence, but overlooked the sole survivor of the fire, rescued by a traveling merchant.
Now, as war rages across the Four Continents, the Savage Nine Tribes, Heavenly Treasures and Myriad Manifestations, the stargazers of the Profound Spirit Continent, and the Night of Slaughter all point to the bloodstained “Five Extremes Sword of Heavenly Evolution” on the throne of the Divine Realm.
When the cracks in the bronze pendant spread into a map of the Five Continents, Yun Che finally understood his mission:
Use the Divine Realm’s true blood, lost among the common folk, as his guide,
Burn away the three thousand illusory worlds woven by false gods,
And rise to become the Divine Realm’s supreme ruler amid the raging fires of the Five Continents.
