My Little Pony: The Slightly Strange Land of Ponies

(Original plot + a fun-loving protagonist (or is he a fun-loving pony?) + the male lead stays an alicorn + multiverse + two heroines (Twilight Sparkle and Trixie) + original characters)

A human closed his eyes and opened them again to find himself in Equestria, transformed into a little colt.

He thought he could join the main cast and go on adventures with the Mane Six, but then he realized the story was getting stranger and stranger.

The villains of old had long since reformed, Princess Celestia seemed to know the script, and the multiverse kept invading.

What’s more, quite a few ponies seemed to know him well.

Perhaps he’d already been living in Equestria for a long time.
