The Ultimate Feng Shui Master

Chen Feng had planned to coast through life running his grandfather’s feng shui shop, but two troublemakers latched onto him: Li Xiuyuan, a sharp-tongued sword cultivator who insults people like a stand-up comedian and flicks his sword tassel faster than he talks, and a half-trained Yellow Immortal whose talismans leak air, whose incantations go off-key, and whose prized magical artifact is a plastic gold ingot.

Then there’s Ditingshou, a spirit beast that rolls its eyes, and a tiny black dog that’s fierce despite its puppy face. This crew of “abstract” feng shui masters takes on the messes nobody else can handle.

They stick peachwood branches in a graveyard and end up with a crooked toothpick formation. When they try to draw out evil energy, they pull out a gold ingot stamped “Congratulations and Get Rich.” They break a blood curse with a little dog’s pee, while their founder’s spirit possesses someone and the host loses his strength before he can look cool for three seconds...

Other people rely on Taoist arts to catch ghosts. These guys make it through by sheer dumb luck. Yet trouble keeps finding them, from the miasma of southern Yunnan to an old well in Guangdong. They barely manage to deal with any baleful energy, but pile up enough laughs to reach three feet high.
