The Star Paths of the Nameless

If the apocalypse and midterms fell on the same day, which would you choose?

“The apocalypse.”

“Why?”

“Because then I wouldn’t have to take the exam.”

This was the trio’s first reaction when they found out they had to save the world.

Too bad the System doesn’t accept returns.

Twelve fragments of space-time are scattered everywhere: at a racetrack, in the library, and even inside the wrappers of spicy snack strips from the school store.

The prince from another world says, “Come with me, and I’ll guarantee you wealth and glory.”

The trio don’t even look back. “Can you do our homework for us?”

The prince is silent for three seconds. “…I can fight the villains for you.”

“Deal!”
