We Who Are Swords in Detective Conan

To stop them, the Time Government appointed [Saniwa] to protect history. By awakening the hearts of objects, Saniwa can give swords human forms and bring them into the world. They are known as the Sword Warriors. The Sword Warriors traveled back in time to defeat the History Revisionists and fought fierce battles against the Time Retrograde Army. However, after the Great Invasion, the Time Retrograde Army suffered defeat after defeat. In their fury, they stopped limiting their attacks to the history of the present world and began planting [anchors] in the various small worlds connected to the main world, hoping to invade them and increase their strength. The Time Government launched [Operation Cleanup], dispatching powerful Saniwa to the various small worlds to destroy the [anchors]. Chiyu Chao, an exchange student from a foreign country, was one of them. The main story is lighthearted entertainment. The Time Government is just background, with no conspiracy theories. Lots of bonus chapters, mostly warm and wacky daily life in the citadel. (A whole meal of dumplings just to have a little vinegar.)
