Thousands of years after the sea submerged the world, the descendants of humans evolved into the Xiliu tribe, a people with strict order and living in the deep sea, and the Wind descendants, who advocated freedom and soared in the sky. The two civilizations have been enemies for generations, and they are engaged in a fateful conflict in the endless ocean and sky. Yuan, a humble boy from the Xiliu tribe, and Rin, a young and innocent Wind descendant, broke down the barriers between the tribes due to an accident and formed a secret friendship.
