The Tearful Real Young Master Redeems the Gloomy Big Shot

(Two male leads, true and fake young masters, a tearful and delicate top plus a gloomy, powerful bottom, brainless sweetness, pure fluff, and a role reversal.)

On the day Gu Yi, the Ningguo Duke's only young master, came of age, his second uncle brought home a boy.

The moment Gu Yi saw the boy's face, almost identical to his father, the Duke of Ningguo, he knew there would be no place for him in the duke's household anymore.

Though he was the only young master of a duke's household, Gu Yi had never been loved or cared for. He had struggled all the way to adulthood, when he could finally be named heir, only to discover he was an impostor.

His heart turned to ash. He wanted nothing more than to die.

But could someone tell him why the real young master kept looking at him with tears in his eyes every day?

Before Gu Ming was called Gu Ming, he was just an orphan who relied on the kindness of strangers for food.

He had done everything he could to survive, until one day someone suddenly told him he was not only no orphan, but also of noble birth.

But why, on his very first day home, was his elegant, jade-like older brother trying to kill himself?

Did his brother really dislike him that much?

And so, the same scene played out every day in the duke's household:

Gu Yi (trying to slit his wrists): Nobody loves me or cares about me. It turns out even my identity was fake. Heh, I might as well die.

Gu Ming (throwing himself at him in tears): Brother, I've finally got a brother. Can't you stay with me?

Gu Yi (tying a white silk sash): My existence is a mistake.

Gu Ming (eyes brimming with tears): Brother, it's thundering. I'm too scared to sleep. Will you soothe me?

Gu Yi, later: I beg you, you little menace, stop crying.
