At the end of the Yuan Dynasty and the beginning of the Ming Dynasty, in the autumn of troubled times, Lampang County on the island became a land outside the law. The traitor county magistrate Yan Chuncai colluded with the Japanese businessman Saburo Noda to traffic drugs and make money, but they turned against each other because of their interests. Long Wen, the orphan of Long Weimin, the original magistrate of the county, killed the drug lord Cha Shide to avenge his father, but was used by Noda's daughter Yingzi to kill Yan Chuncai with a borrowed knife. Suo Yunfei, Yingzi's right-hand man, was inspired by Long Wen's sincerity, turned back and became Long Wen's partner. After Long Wen took over as the county magistrate, he rekindled the anti-smoking war and raised the anti-Japanese banner, which won the hearts of the people. They made many loyal friends, used the island as a battlefield, and repeatedly defeated the encirclement and suppression of Japanese pirates and traitor forces. When Long Wen led his troops into the enemy's lair, he discovered that the darkness had already taken root. Faced with a larger conspiracy, they burned down the enemy camp and embarked on a new journey to find reinforcements - the sea fog has not cleared, and the blood and fire are reigniting!
