She Hid the Rain

[Love That Grows Over Time + Tragic Campus Romance + Top Student and Slacker]

Shen Qingtong left twice, both times on a rainy day.

The first time was in their second year of high school, when she transferred schools. Rain pattered outside as Fang Shinian rushed over to see her, but he never got the chance.

The second time was on the night after the college entrance exam. Torrential rain poured outside as he went to see her, full of anticipation. Little did he know it would be the last time they ever saw each other.

Before she left, they agreed to attend college in the same place. In the end, he was the only one who went.

“Teacher Shen, wait for me. Wait until I catch up with you.”

“All right. You’d better work hard, then.”

“Shen Qiqi, you liar.”

“Didn’t we agree to do this together? Why did you leave me behind?”
