I started a company where you can “pretend to work.”

Free desks and employee badges, plus proof of employment or an internship if you need it. Work from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., no time clock.

A meal a day for 30 yuan: one meat dish and two vegetable dishes.

When I posted about it, all the replies were mockery and jokes. I thought the place would be dead on arrival.

To my surprise, a line of people was waiting outside on opening day.
