Identity V: After the Withered Flower Ensnared the Town

[The only couple in the main story is Jack x Mercenary. The setting is the Red Groom and the Forgotten River. Feel free to ship other characters as long as you don't break up Jack and the Mercenary.]

No one knew when it began, but a plague started to spread through the town. As the population dwindled, fear gradually took hold. Just when everyone thought their lives were about to end, someone arrived. He called himself their savior and claimed he could redeem everything. But even as everyone put their faith in him, they never noticed people disappearing. By the time the stench of death had enveloped the town, the Grim Reaper had quietly arrived without anyone realizing it...

“Did you come here to capture me, Lord Grim Reaper?”

“You could put it that way. More accurately, I'm here to drag you to hell.”
