Kamen Rider: A Violent Superfan Transforms into Decade

Pan Lechen transmigrated.

He watched the news on television report on monsters and Kamen Riders.

He was completely dumbfounded.

While Pan Lechen was still trying to process it all, a Kamen Rider Decade Driver sat right in front of him.

With no other choice, Pan Lechen forcefully activated the Decade Driver and transformed.

"I'm just a Kamen Rider passing through. Don't forget it."
