Su Chen is reborn in a Hong Kong crime-film universe and awakens the Reverse Scales System, which lets him recruit villains from that world. He decisively abandons his undercover cop identity, recruits Kwong Kwan first, takes on Chan Ho-nam, removes Chiang Tin-sang, and takes control of Hung Hing...
He's no saint, plays by no rules, doesn't hold back for the sake of propriety, and has no moral restraints. Su Chen is ruthless and decisive, striking fear into everyone in the underworld. His business dominance earns the hatred of the four great families, while the beautiful women of Hong Kong flock to him.
His powerful subordinates include Big D, Jimmy, Tony, Fung Yu-sau, Tin Yeung-sang, and Yau Kong-ngau. His forces are strong and his ranks are full.
He leads a group of followers in worship, then turns and says, “Some people say that after midnight, we call the shots. Starting today, we call the shots in broad daylight too. Let's congratulate Deputy Commissioner Lee Man-ban on his promotion! From now on, you must work together as one and make maintaining Hong Kong's stability your mission. I wish you all smooth sailing in the police force!”
Hong Kong is just the beginning. We're going out into the world to become a chaebol!
