In an overhead city in the near future, "fog erosion events" occur frequently around the world - a certain kind of gray fog carrying unknown energy envelopes the city from time to time. The eroded humans will awaken their superpowers, but their bodies will gradually crystallize (a fatal side effect). The protagonist is the only "Eclipse Walker" who can stay awake in the fog, but he is framed as the murderer of serial bombings by the political and business group "Dome Technology". During his escape, he discovers that his crystallization speed can be slowed down by swallowing other people's powers...
