The Abyssal Evolver

“Headquarters, we've spotted Subject 25, code-named ‘Dogtooth,’ a Deep Shedder.” A middle-aged man in black tactical armor spoke into his radio. Nearby, a doglike creature standing on two legs gnawed on a corpse whose face was unrecognizable.

The radio crackled: “You are authorized to use extermination equipment No. 232. You may open fire. Muscle-burst rounds authorized. Close-quarters electrification authorized. Operation codename: Pull the Tooth.”
