What Decent Person Keeps a Diary? Does This Even Count as One?

My name is Qi Yue, chief researcher at the National Meteorological Administration. This is my apocalypse journal. Please address me as “you.”

What respectable person keeps a diary?

Can anyone who keeps a diary be called respectable?

Who puts their innermost thoughts in a diary?
