Harry Potter: The Light of Protection

The early chapters aren’t very well written, so please bear with me 🌹🌹. The story gets better as it goes along.

Everyone survives, and the characters grow over time. The timeline follows the movies, though I’ve made quite a few changes of my own and plan to feature cameos from characters in future novels I intend to write. All rights belong to Rowling.

A Bond of Marriage and Wands: A Magical Journey of Mutual Salvation

When a family engagement binds the fate of Wendy Selwyn, the gentle only daughter of the Selwyn family, to the proud Draco Malfoy, the wizarding world is quietly gathering storm clouds. Newly arrived at Hogwarts, Wendy is swept up in the tides of fate stirred by Harry Potter and forced to confront the clash between light and shadow.

From a naive girl caught up in prejudice to a woman who sees the world clearly after enduring hardship, Wendy struggles to find balance between Gryffindor’s fiery spirit and the constraints of Pure-blood families. Draco goes from dismissing her as a child to awkwardly caring about her after they start school, and then to a bitter, remorseful pursuit. Their feelings grow ever more intense amid war and suspicion.

This journey of mutual salvation offers both the gripping twists of the main story and brand-new adventures that break from convention. Amid the smoke of battle, can they break free of their chains, hold on to each other, and find their own happiness in the space between light and darkness?
