A slice-of-life story about an ensemble cast.

For certain reasons, Gu Lingzi, a mysterious boy from China, is sent to Tokyo University Affiliated Junior High School as an exchange student. After becoming vice president of the student council, he is unexpectedly put in charge of organizing a joint cultural festival with several girls' schools in Tokyo.

Driven by a strong sense of responsibility (perhaps), Gu Lingzi successfully pulls off the festival and gets to know the senior girls in the bands who perform there.

And so the story begins.
