The Great Migration of Earth

An insect race from an extraterrestrial civilization accidentally reaches Earth through a spatial rift during the Ordovician Ice Age. They remain frozen beneath Antarctica’s ice sheet for 350 million years. In 2030, a CH country research team discovers these extraterrestrial organisms and begins an in-depth study of them. The researchers find that these soul-devouring insects can infest human bodies, control and alter their hosts’ DNA sequences through the central nervous system of the human brain, and thereby achieve immortality for the parasite. However, the insects choose their hosts selectively, and some members of the research team are devoured as food, plunging the entire team into panic.

To understand the structure and weaknesses of these alien organisms, researchers conduct extensive studies, launching a human genetic modification program. Many new humans with extraordinary regenerative abilities emerge.

College graduate Zhang Jie takes part in the human modification project. He hopes to use the procedure to improve his family’s circumstances, but through a twist of fate, he becomes one of the insect race while retaining his human consciousness. He then follows the soul-devouring insect queen on a journey to find fragments of his memories. From the civilization of Atlantis to the Gendaya civilization, the truth behind the disappearance of these civilizations is revealed one piece at a time. The next Galactic Era is about to begin. Can humanity survive this great purge of civilizations…?
