"You're the great savior of the Three Realms. You have to help us!"

"Why don't you just say I'm your dad?"

Lu Shangxian, an older single man, set off to take an exam and never made it back. Little did he expect to be caught by Taibai Jinxing, a refugee from the Heavenly Realm. Lu Shangxian never would have guessed that he was a big shot capable of saving the Heavenly Court from disaster.

Lu Shangxian must not only establish a buffer zone in the mortal realm as the Heavenly Court's number one supporter during the great war in the heavens, but also uncover the truth behind it. As he fights on, he must pierce the fog and see the full picture. And so begins an adventurous life of cohabitation in the modern world with people from different countries, figures from all kinds of mythologies, and gods, demons, and monsters who turn everything he believes upside down.

What he never expected was that the mastermind behind all the evil deeds came from... there. I'm done with this!
