[Enjoyable even if you’ve never watched Ultraman]
Belial is reborn, but he is unwelcome in the Land of Light, and turmoil is spreading throughout the universe.
Nearly everyone powerful is forming factions, leaving the universe rife with danger.
Fortunately, Belial’s trump cards aren’t limited to being reborn. He also has a System created with the Wish Red Ball.
He establishes the Cosmic Inspection Corps, gradually expanding the organization until it replaces the future Space Garrison.
He also adopts Father of Ultra’s methods, using the banner of justice to eliminate every threat.
His ambition is simple: absolute power is his goal.
Beautiful women are just a bonus.
Suddenly, King of Ultra issues an order:
“Belial, give up everything you have now, and surrender!”
Wearing a black cape, Belial heads for King’s Star, with an endless army of soldiers and warhorses behind him.
“Old man, say that again!”
