The Female Demon Venerable Seeks Death with All Her Heart, but She's Invincible

[A deranged, world-weary Demon Lord who says one thing and means another × a seemingly innocent, secretly calculating master of charm who saves him] I’m openly stupid, but only when I’m with you. I’ve been dead for many years. I thought I’d be able to rest in peace, but some ungrateful villain dug up my grave and brought me back to life. All I wanted was to die, yet I kept getting resurrected. In the end, the villain even planted a black lotus in me, making it impossible for me to die for good. If I wanted to rest in peace, I had no choice but to find a way to pull out the black lotus and, while I was at it, crush that loathsome villain. Only then could I die in peace. But along the way, I met a boy as pure as a white lotus: innocent, kind, and dazzling enough to hurt my eyes. So dazzling that I wanted to drag him into the darkness. I kept him by my side, always trying to coax him gently into going astray. One day, he was desperate and helpless. Thinking my chance had come, I leaned close and coaxed him, “Being a good person is so boring. Why not do evil instead?” He fell into evil in no time. But the first thing he did was pin me down in a sea of flowers. I raised an eyebrow. “What are you doing?” He chuckled. “Demon, I do evil for no one but you.” ** The Four Great Demon Lords have been resurrected. Even the strongest of them has returned. I disguised myself as a pure white lotus and stayed by her side. She always thought I was a fool, but she had no idea I had a plan of my own. One day, she deliberately drew close and coaxed me, “Being a good person is so boring. Why not do evil instead?” She doesn’t know that I am evil itself. The evil that will make her wish for death, but never find it. She thinks I’m her prey, but she has no idea that I’m the one who set the trap.
