Yui Ai is a secret agent with a "license to kill". Her mission is to eliminate threats before crimes occur and maintain social stability through extreme means. All actions are covered up by the government. Lizi is the leader of a global anti-human organization, a highly intelligent sociopath, ruthless enough to kill her family members, and regards terrorist attacks and inciting hatred as a game. The two form a dark opposition - Yui is like a scavenger in the shadows, and Lizi is a crazy destroyer. One uses illegal violence to maintain order, and the other uses violence to trample order, and together they wander in the absolute forbidden zone of law and morality.
