[Decisive and ruthless + no heroine + villain protagonist]
If sacrificing one person could save the world, would you do it?
Lin En is faced with this dilemma when a god appears out of nowhere and demands that ten thousand people, including him, willingly sacrifice themselves to save the entire world.
The god gives humanity one month to decide and prepare.
Among the sinners chosen by the god, Lin En is the most insignificant offering. On a blood-red altar broadcast live around the world, he explodes into a shower of blood, only to open his eyes before the divine throne.
A god calling itself “Theater” gives them a chance to be reborn. As its lackeys, they are sent to conquer the movie worlds of the myriad realms.
After the sacrificed madmen are remade into killing machines, they are sent back to their original world.
As slaughter and chaos ravage the world and Homelander-like figures run rampant everywhere, the Main God grants ordinary people who have been oppressed the chance to enter worlds across the myriad realms and gain power.
This is the darkest and most turbulent of times, and also the best of times.
While other traversers still tremble at the thought of their missions, Lin En has already conquered the traitor System and is doing as he pleases right under the Main God’s nose.
The gods roll dice in the clouds, while ants weave their webs in the dark.
When Lin En stands as an equal to “Theater,” everyone finally realizes: even a lackey can bite its master.
[Initial movie worlds: Resident Evil 2, John Wick: Chapter 4, The Cabin in the Woods, Pacific Rim, The Boys Season 5 (continuing the original story along a possible future path), the American Horror Story series, The Lord of the Rings, the DC Extended Universe, The Avengers, and Greek mythology.] (The story will generally not follow the original plots, and will try to tell new stories.)
I've read a few chapters and the writing is okay. Author, when I first updated it, not many people read it. It will take more updates before anyone will read it, so don't be discouraged.
Pretty good, the main character is evil
