Young Lin Jie awakens the Nine Tribulations Sword Physique, and five women who love him defy heaven to change his fate.
The aloof sword master Yu Qingyao seals the Nine Heavens Sword with her heart as its sheath; Su Moli, peerless in both medicine and swordsmanship, casts herself into the Thunder Pool to forge a sword and sever her love; the blind zither player Tantai Jingtian uses the strings of fate to calculate the cycles of reincarnation; the Blood Prison Saintess Ye Wuhuan rewrites destiny with the Rebirth Mirror; and the sea demon heiress Murong Qing transforms into a mermaid in the depths to suppress the demons.
Seven great powers lay siege to Qingwei. As the sword realm reopens, the nine heavenly gates tremble. Lin Jie points his sword at the Heavenly Dao: “If this world seeks to destroy me, I’ll shatter the cycle of reincarnation with the Nine Tribulations Sword Physique!”
His beloveds become his bones, his blood becomes his blade. The one who defies heaven to change fate will ultimately uncover the ultimate truth behind the Sword Demon’s resurrection and the Heavenly Dao’s sword puppets!
