Honkai, With You by My Side

This story has two female protagonists, and there’s a pairing at this stage. It begins in the Previous Era and moves a little fast. The angst won’t hurt (*´∀`*)

“When I first awakened, I was still hostile toward everything around me. Aili Xiya and Mei Biwu taught me patiently all along.”

“So I made a decision: I would protect Aili Xiya, Mei Biwu, and everyone around me. But why do I keep losing people? I can only watch those around me leave one by one, powerless to stop it.”

“Until, in the end... I lost her too... I watched her life fade before my eyes, powerless to do anything... I was already the strongest person in the world. No, I can no longer be called a person...”

Just kidding. How could the angst possibly not hurt? (˵¯͒〰¯͒˵)
