Wang Potian grew up in an orphanage and lived there until he was twenty-five. One night, he was struck by lightning in his sleep and unexpectedly activated the System for Punishing Corrupt Officials.
His first mission was to crack down on corrupt officials in the city where the orphanage was located. In return, he received startup funds and special abilities.
He then left the orphanage and began his hunt for corrupt officials. Before long, the public had given him a name: the Corrupt Official Hunter.
He built two major organizations of his own:
one dedicated to hunting down corrupt officials,
and another, the Shadow Soul Organization, devoted to gathering intelligence.
From the day Wang Potian left the orphanage, a nightmare began for the corrupt officials of Yanxia.
