[One-on-One, Both Leads Pure] [Transmigrate into a Book] [Villain] [System] [Younger Male Lead] [Male Lead Turns Dark and Obsessive Later]
Gu Shijin transmigrates into a book.
She was supposed to become the heroine, but a System bug turns her into the story's biggest villain, the Demon Venerable of the Northern Domain. Her mission changes from earning the male lead's affection to raising his hatred.
The male lead, Wen Buning, is a genius cultivator with a pure Yang body. He was supposed to join the greatest sect under heaven, but gets lost and ends up at the villain's Red Lotus Ice Cave, where he innocently takes the demoness Gu Shijin as his master.
Gu Shijin tells him to chop wood, boil water, and cook. He does it without complaint. She tells him to massage her back and shoulders and warm her bed, and he's more than happy to oblige. Gu Shijin starts to wonder if she's taken in a masochist for an apprentice.
Then the heroine appears, and Gu Shijin's identity as the villain is exposed after the original plot sends everything spiraling.
The worldline converges, and Wen Buning finally returns to the right path of cultivation, officially joining Qingyang Sect. Gu Shijin breathes a sigh of relief, thinking all she has to do is keep playing the evil villain and max out his hatred to make everything work out.
But she never expects the male lead to turn dark. Not only does his hatred for Gu Shijin get stuck just shy of the finish line, refusing to give her the satisfaction of a clean end, but his obsessive tendencies max out too. He keeps her locked in his embrace, clinging to her and calling her "Master" just like before.
Gu Shijin struggles with all her might, but he easily pulls her back into his arms, pins her limbs, and seals away her senses, kissing her gently until she melts into a limp heap against his chest.
Then he leans in and nips her ear, laughing softly.
"Master, you won't be seeing that annoying System again. And don't even think about leaving this world and running away from me."
"You'll stay by my side forever and ever."
It's so good. It's the only novel I've read so patiently. It's very in line with my taste. The author's ability to write hundreds of chapters without eating or drinking scared me to death 😳
It's really good to read, but there are a little few chapters. I'm really looking forward to the next one [full]
Good-looking, good-looking, good-looking
It's been a long time since I've seen a book that appeals to me so much. Good luck to the author 😢
