Genshin Impact: After Saving Teyvat, I’ll Live for Myself

[Derivative fanfiction + System + angst + original OC + parallel worlds + no romance + a little healing + ensemble cast + comedy]

(Important: The ending will be happy. I don't recommend taking this too seriously or reading with your brain switched on, because you might notice a few things I've overlooked. My writing isn't great, and my skill is average. Please forgive any out-of-character moments.)

There are four main arcs in all.

Volume One: Zhi Ran Arc (complete)

Zhi Ran: I don't ask what will become of the world. I only hope my sister, my friends, and everyone else will always be here.

Volume Two: Luo Xier Arc (now underway)

Luo Xier: I was born with this mission, and I can't escape it. So sacrificing myself is the best and fairest ending for everyone. It is also my fate.

Volume Three: Otherworld Arc

Volume Four: Yi'er Arc

The original inspiration was to let certain characters meet their friends and family again, then weave their stories into something larger.

Every character in every arc will have a story of their own.

You're still reading this carefully?

Here's a little reward for you.

Yae Publishing House has received several books with very strange titles...

“Love Among the Adepti” and “I Transmigrated and Became Cloud Retainer, Only to Fall for the Emperor's Dashing Elegance...”

…

Paimon: “Th-this is a book? Am I just too dumb to keep up with the times?”

Lumine: “Don't be shocked yet. Let me be shocked first.”

Some time later, another new book appeared.

Its title was: “Water Dragon, Water Dragon, Don't Cry”

Paimon: “I think I know who wrote it.”

Lumine: “Me too.”
