In this life, I am a wage slave whose memories have been sealed away.
After quitting my job, I get a call from a stranger and inherit my grandmother's antique shop, “Sangyu Cottage”!
A thousand-year-old elm tree spirit lives in the cottage! As we spend time together, my memories slowly begin to return!
In my previous life, I was Sangyu, the leader of the Yuhuan Clan.
He was Lin Zhiyu, the family's guardian of the sacred elm whom I saved.
After a war between the clans, life and death kept us apart for a thousand years!
Once my memories return, my past life becomes my present. After settling a thousand years of grudges, we plan to lie flat together. But lying flat is impossible, because the cottage has also become a “clinic for spirits and a problem-solving house for humans.”
If you have a problem, please go to the Lingshu Administration Bureau, okay? I just want to fall in love!!
And every antique in Sangyu Cottage holds a story!
[The Copper Bell Rings, the Wild Geese Return] A mute woman and a general, knowing their love is doomed, yet loving without end.
[Tears of Pearls, the Mermaid's Handkerchief] A mermaid and a painter, knowing he is greedy, yet willingly falling for his tricks.
[The Longing of Fuzhu, the Flower-Blooming Calamity] Huai Qing and Shen Yan, knowing they are not the first choice, yet still wanting to marry “him.”
“It's never too late for Sangyu, and it's not too late for Zhiyu.”
This time, I will write the ending for us with my own hands.
