Bocchi the Rock! + Baki
“Seventeen years of unopened youth, meeting a delinquent boy willing to stop for her.”
A romantic comedy about a yakuza boss and a socially anxious girl.
Hitori Gotoh's youth is like a guitar locked away in a practice room:
Every note precise, every melody smooth,
yet forever shut inside a soundproof room.
She thought she would spend her whole life caught between “I must be really good” and “but nobody's listening,”
until a tall boy in sunglasses stood silhouetted against the light and held her guitar in his scarred hands.
Kaoru Hanayama's life is like a closed hardcover book:
A gilded cover, a flawless finish, but empty pages within.
He thought his heart had stopped beating with his mother's on that snowy night.
Then he met a girl with pink bangs,
who used a rock interlude to shatter his perfect silence.
“The young master has been listening to rock music a lot lately.”
“I hear the young master has fallen for a girl in a rock band.”
“When unopened youth meets Kaoru Hanayama...”
Some chords need two heartbeats to resonate.
(This book is full of OOC moments, typos, stream-of-consciousness nonsense, and other such elements.)
The author wanted to ship this pairing, but it was so niche that there was no choice but to cook up the food themselves. This is my first time writing a book, so there will definitely be plenty of weird parts. Feel free to leave suggestions in the chapter comments.
The plot is just right and the CP is also very contrasting
