Chen Haonan, an ordinary office worker, wakes up in the brutal Lingxuan Continent, where the strong prey on the weak, as a useless outer disciple of the Qingfeng Sect, bullied by everyone.
In his moment of desperation, the supreme divine ability Sin of Delaying Time awakens!
With a single thought, he can slow the flow of time throughout the world. All things slow, and every foe is immobilized. Unless the gap in cultivation is beyond measure, every movement technique, magical treasure, and spell in the world appears to him as if in slow motion!
From then on, the world gains a young man whose every word is pure audacity.
Within the Qingfeng Sect, he takes on the stewards and shatters the sect's prejudices. In the Northern Territory's battles, prodigies bow before him and ancient ferocious beasts submit. He roams across the Four Regions, defeating successors of sacred lands and ancient monsters alike with his divine time ability.
Hundreds of years pass in the blink of an eye. The once-rejected outer disciple ascends to the peak of Lingxuan and earns the title Sinheaven Great Emperor.
With no rivals left in Xuanhuang, Chen Haonan turns his gaze toward the homeland on the other side of the world.
Using Sin of Delaying Time to manipulate the laws of spacetime, he forcibly shatters the barriers between planes, opens a passage between the two worlds, and returns to Earth after a long absence.
When a Great Emperor who commands the time-bound punishment of sin returns to the modern city, this ordinary planet will welcome a new Mad God!
