Ling Cage: Bai Yuekui

[Anime spin-off] [Two female leads] [Doomsday] [Plot-focused] [Story continues from Yue Kui Zhuan]

Many years later, Yue Kui gazed at the old photograph in her drawer. The memories of fighting alongside her companions seemed as if they had happened only yesterday, as did the time she had spent with her. The harder Yue Kui tried to forget, the less she could. These complicated feelings continued to haunt her, leaving her unable to find peace.

Main characters:

Bai Yuekui: The female lead. She saves the shattered world in her own way.

Roland: An ordinary girl from Jiu Chuan who became, in a sense, a chosen one. She is also the person who has had the greatest influence on Yue Kui.

(I won’t simply label characters as good or bad. Instead, I’ll put myself in their shoes and explore their experiences and circumstances. Everyone has their own struggles and reasons during that period, and I think that makes the story richer.)
